Refund Policy
Thank you for enrolling in a Digital Seekho online course. We strive to meet your expectations to the best of our capabilities.
The access to a Digital Seekho online course will be granted only upon full payment of the course enrollment fees.
Individual Courses
In the event that you wish to discontinue your enrollment in the Digital Seekho online course, you may seek a refund of the Enrollment Fees provided that, the request for refund may be made within a period of 30 days of payment of the Enrollment Fees subject to the condition that you have not completed more than 3 lessons of the course in which case your request for refund of the Enrollment Fees will be rejected.
Digital Seekho Private Limited, reserves the right to refuse any request for refund if:
- You have accessed the videos or reading materials or both, for more than 3 Lessons of the course.
- Videos or the reading material or both, from the course have been found to have been circulated externally by you without the authorization or permission of Digital Seekho Services Private Limited.
- You have engaged in any conduct deemed to be objectionable on the common forum of discussions of the online course.
- You have made more than one request for refund in the 30 days period preceding the refund request.
